At the Official Gerry Anderson Shop, we want you to be completely satisfied with your mission-critical apparel. If your order isn't the perfect fit, you can return or exchange any unworn fashion items within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Prepare the Package

  Securely pack your items in their original packaging, ensuring all garment tags remain attached and the items are in sellable condition.

• 3.
  Attach Shipping Label

  Print the provided prepaid return shipping label and affix it to the outside of your package, covering any previous delivery markings.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse team inspects your return, we will process your refund or exchange within 5-7 business days to your original payment method.
